Hello Everyone,

My name is Ramon Horca. I am a personal trainer and health coach providing services to members here at Carrickmines Croquet and Lawn Tennis club. As you may have noticed there is a brand new piece of equipment installed at the gym. It’s the Life Fitness cable machine and it is an extremely versatile piece of equipment which you can use to train your whole body.

I’ve made a demonstration video showing some exercises and correct technique when using the machine which I hope you will find useful, watch it here.
