All information added at registration time must be valid at time of registration. Please note that CCLTC will not forward any member information to a third party.
The Court Booking System is available from 9am to 11.59pm (midnight). A member should not attempt to make a booking outside of these times. Each court booking must be honored by completing the online check-in using the computer at the CCLTC. Check-in is available within one hour of the court booking. Only the person who made the original booking can complete the check-in process.
Failure to check-in in advance of the court booking will result in a €5 penalty fee. This fee will be deducted from the Member’s SmartCard. A members account will be set as inactive if there are insufficient funds on the members Smart Card to process a penalty payment.
Cancellation of a booking within 24 hours of the court booking time will result in a €5 charge against the Member’s SmartCard.
A member should not attempt to make a booking under another person’s login details (email address and password). A member should not share his/her password with another person as this will impact the security of the system.
CCLTC cannot be held liable for an external attack on the Club’s IT System.
At present, the penalty for failure to check-in or a cancellation of a booking within 24 hours is €5. The Tennis committee reserves the right to change this amount at any time. Before implementing a change in penalty fee, an email will be sent to all registered members 2 weeks in advance of the introduction of the change in penalty fee.
The Tennis committee reserves the right to change the Court Booking System Terms and Conditions at any time. An email will be sent to all registered members notifying them of any change in T&Cs.
The CCLTC Tennis Director reserves the right to make bulk bookings via the Court Booking System. The introduction of a bulk booking may require a cancellation of an existing booking. It is not envisaged that this scenario will occur, but if it does, an email will be automatically sent to the member stating that the court booking has been cancelled.
All concerns/feedback/suggestions relating to the Court Booking System must be emailed to bookings@carrickmines.com. All emails will be reviewed by the Tennis Committee and will be responded to in a timely and appropriate manner. Concerns should not be expressed to and cannot be handled by the Club Administrator or Tennis Director.
Telephone bookings will not be handled by any member of Staff at CCLTC.
The computer in the lobby of the Club is available during the clubhouse open hours to all members for completion of online court bookings. Use of this computer is solely for the court booking system.
